To ensure that your return is accepted, kindly make sure that all returned products are in an unworn and unwashed condition, with all original packaging and tags intact. Failure to adhere to these conditions may result in the rejection of your return.

Upon receiving your request, we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the product(s) exchange/return. For items purchased from different vendors, please return them separately to the respective vendor’s location.

Please be aware that until the returned goods have been delivered to our vendor(s), they remain the responsibility of the customer.

Default Return & Exchange Policy: You have the right to return or exchange your product(s) within 14 days after receiving your parcel.

For returns, kindly bear the responsibility for covering the return shipping fees and customs charges applicable to your destination. Once we receive the returned product(s), we will issue a full refund corresponding to the original amount paid by you. Alternatively, you may opt for a gift card that can be used for purchases across the entire store.

If you wish to exchange your product(s), we will cover the costs of sending the exchanged item to you. However, please note that you are responsible for covering the return shipping fees.
